From the Market: OneSong Biscotti Maria Eberle is the founder of OneSong Biscotti and a regular member at the Windsor Farmers’ Market. She bakes out of a commercial kitchen and brings a variety of flavors each Thursday. Outside the Farmers’ Market you can purchase her biscotti from The Bean 226 or the Beanery.Whether for a function or to just treat yourself, Maria is happy to work with you. Maria’s favorite aspect of the Windsor Farmers’ Market is the friendliness of the vendors and customers. She’s a Registered Nurse at the Integrated Medicine Center at St. Francis Hospital and is also a drum circle facilitator. She facilitates at First Church in Windsor every third Wednesday of the month from 7-8pm. This is free to the public.
The Farmers’ Market is brought to you by First Town Downtown and is located in the lot on the corner of Broad St & Maple Ave in Windsor Center. Visit and shop at the market every Thursday from 3:30-6:30pm now through October, 18th. Stay tuned next week for another highlighted market vendor.
