Economic Enhancement Committee - Our Economic Enhancement Committee is about strengthening the existing economic base of Windsor Center while diversifying it with compatible, new businesses. Focus is placed not only on existing businesses, but the long-term goal of reconfiguring the mix of goods and services to make Windsor Center balanced, adaptable, and competitive. | |||
