All Levels Chair Yoga Sessions start on Tuesday, September 27 & on November 1, 6:30-7:25 PM, each for 5 weeks Tuition: $49/session Session: 5 wks. Max enroll 15 Rm: Library Chair Yoga for stretching the mind, body and spirit! Start or close your day with strengthening and stretching opportunities you can incorporate into your life on a daily basis. Learn how to take a deep breath, pause, and gain both inner strength and inner peace. You must register for each 5 week yoga session you plan to attend.
