Absentee Ballots are available in the Windsor Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 5:00 PM, the day prior to any election, primary, or referendum. Absentee ballot requests on the last day must be in-person at Town Hall.
